Simon Maisey joined Tradeweb as a managing director in May 2014 and is responsible for the firm’s global business development.

Prior to Tradeweb, Simon had worked at J.P. Morgan since 1998, most recently in the position of managing director, eCommerce for the global rates business. He has also held roles as COO and CFO of its fixed income businesses.

During his career, Simon has gained extensive knowledge and experience of market structure, regulatory matters and electronic trading in the fixed income and derivatives markets.

Simon holds a MEng (Hons) in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
